Rules For DCC
Running on the Club Layout.
1.
Any train running under DCC will be
under the constant control of one person.
a.
Throttle will be in hand or within
reach.
b.
Knowledge of where your train is.
c.
Knowledge of where other trains on
your track are.
2.
The person controlling the train
will pay attention to his train and all other trains on his track.
3.
Any trains found not under direct
control will be removed from the layout for the remainder of the operating day.
4.
Any operator that is cited twice in
one day will have all his trains removed from the layout for the rest of that
day.
5.
There will be one person assigned as
programmer at each setup. That person well be the only one allowed to do any
programming.
