The meeting was held on September 02 at 7 Pm at A & E Railroad. Present were President Charles Naplin, Secretary Chuck Kimbrough, Treasurer Bob Giffen, David Hurlburt, Carl Reed, Don Rick, and Kyle Tokar.

The treasurer’s report was given and approved.

Next year’s show is scheduled for the last weekend in September. That would be the 27^th and 28^th. We will be in the Huck Olson Arena this year. There will be several displays this year. Door prizes have been coming in a little slower than in other years but they are coming in. There will be other hobbies displayed at the show this year.

We will start setting up about 3PM on Friday the26th. There is lots of hauling to be done from A&E Railroad to the arena. Please come and help if you can.

I have been sending out flyers for the show. There has been little response as of this date.

The print ads have been scheduled. In the Radiogram we will have ads on the 12^th and the 26^th. We will have ads in the Grand Forks Harold on the 19^th, 21^st and the 26^th.

Bob talked to someone from the model airplane club about setting up a display at our show this year. There has been no response yet.

David talked to the Grand Forks club about setting up their N” scale layout at the show. They said that they were too busy this year. We asked everyone to try for more displays and vendors.
