The meeting was held on January 03 at 7 Pm at A & E Railroad. Present were President Charles Naplin, Secretary Robert Giffen, Treasurer Chuck Kimbrough, David Hurlburt, Caleb Richardson, James Fick, Greg Wible, and Zack Bye.

The treasurer’s Annual report was given and approved.

Annual elections were held Charles Naplin is still the President. Greg Wible is now the Secretary. Chuck Kimbrough is still the Treasurer.

The SOO line Historical Society Convention will be in Thief River Falls next year in September. I sent e mails and made some calls but have not heard anything yet.

 It was brought up that we need to find a place next summer to set up the layout and do some repairs and decorating on it. We need more than one person to know how the layout is supposed to be set up.

The meeting was adjourned. 

The next meeting will be on February 07, at 7:00 PM at A&E RAILROAD unless a change is needed.

There will be discussion about the clubs layout at this meeting. It needs major work before the next show. Please come and present your ideas for improvements if you have any. It is your layout help make it what you want.

There may be a demonstration at the next meeting if there is time and interest. Let me know what you would like presented. Please come and critic the presentation.
